Pilot Application Notice
What the current application is, what it collects, who may apply, and what happens next.
This notice explains the current application stage. It is not the later participant agreement for a selected project.
1. What you are applying for
AsMade is testing whether a MADE Record can make it easier to understand how one specific AI-assisted work was made by bringing together what the person did, how AI was used, key decisions, available process information, and important limits.
The current form is an application and expression of interest. The full service is not generally available.
Submitting the form does not guarantee selection, a reply, timing, a completed record, or any external outcome.
2. What the application collects
The form asks:
- what kind of work you may want to document;
- why a MADE Record may be useful;
- who may review it;
- whether AsMade may contact you;
- for an email address only when you select Yes or Maybe.
The form also records which AsMade landing page led to it.
3. What not to submit
Do not upload or enter:
- work files;
- AI conversation links;
- private project links;
- confidential client, employer, school, or collaborator information;
- legal, medical, financial, biometric, or other sensitive personal information;
- passwords or access credentials;
- unnecessary personal information about another person.
No work files are uploaded through the current application form.
4. Current eligibility
The planned first pilot is limited to:
- people aged 18 or older;
- real, non-confidential projects;
- materials the participant is authorised to share;
- cases without unnecessary sensitive or third-party personal information.
A later invitation does not mean that every material will be accepted. AsMade may narrow, pause, or reject a case to protect confidentiality, privacy, rights, or project capacity.
5. What happens after submission
AsMade reviews the basic application information.
If the case fits the current pilot and you selected Yes or Maybe, AsMade may contact you using the email address you provided.
If selected, you will receive a separate explanation before any work files or process materials are collected. That later notice must explain:
- what materials are requested;
- who may access them;
- how AI-assisted analysis may be used;
- storage, retention, and deletion rules;
- creator review and correction;
- how any recipient or reviewer receives the result;
- whether any separate publication permission is requested.
Do not send project files before receiving that separate route and notice.
6. Creator review and sharing
A selected creator must be able to review and correct their own declarations, the factual context, and the material inventory before a MADE Record is issued or shared.
A reviewer is not required to create a MADE Record. Any external assessment remains separate from the core record.
No pilot MADE Record or source material will be published merely because a case is selected. Publication requires a separate explicit decision and permission.
7. Limits
The application and any later MADE Record are not:
- AI detection;
- legal certification;
- copyright or ownership proof;
- proof of complete evidence;
- an automatic percentage of human or AI contribution;
- a guaranteed academic, professional, platform, or legal outcome.
8. Retention, privacy, and contact
Applications that do not become active pilot cases are retained for no more than six months from submission, subject to the exceptions and provider-level deletion details in the Privacy Policy.
Read the Privacy Policy before submitting the form.
